Bart's firm belief in the power of online engagement subsequently inspired him to co-found BlueConic. Under his leadership, BlueConic has become a highly successful provider of online marketing software. He holds a master's degree in communication and new media from the University of Nijmegen. Cory Munchbach
President & Chief Operating OfficerCory has spent her career on the cutting edge of marketing technology and brings years working with Fortune 500 clients from various industries to BlueConic. Before joining the BlueCrew, she was an analyst at Forrester Research where she covered business and consumer technology trends and the fast-moving marketing tech landscape. A sought-after speaker and industry voice, Cory’s work has been featured in Venture Beat, Wired, AdAge, and AdWeek, as well as spoken at conferences such as FutureM, MITX, and the Association of National Advertisers. A life-long Bostonian, Cory has a bachelor’s degree in political science from Boston College and spends a considerable amount of her non-work hours on various volunteer and philanthropic initiatives in the greater Boston community. Harmen Haarman
Chief Financial OfficerHarmen holds a degree as Executive Master of Accounting and has a wide-ranging background in financial services and in the technical industry. In his previous job, as a Financial Manager for Apple (Nasdaq: AAPL), he contributed to Apple's continuing expansion in Europe. As Chief Financial Officer, he is responsible for all corporate accounting, controlling, tax and finance activities.
Jacqueline Rousseau-Anderson
Chief Customer OfficerJackie has spent her career at the intersection of data and customer success. Most recently, Jackie was a partner at ScaleHouse, where she helped data and analytics companies scale their commercial and product strategies. Before ScaleHouse, she served as Chief Client Officer at Simmons Research, where she spearheaded its client-first strategy, directed all sales and client service, led the custom research business, and helped transition Simmons from an Experian sub-brand to a stand-alone, private-equity-owned company. She also held various roles at Forrester Research and J.D. Power & Associates, innovating with clients on ways to bring data into their organizations. As a frequent speaker and lecturer, Jackie’s expertise has been cited in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, and more. In addition to her current role, Jackie also serves as the lead for the Boston chapter of WIRe, advises the American Cancer Society’s Young Executive Committee, and is a Board Member of the National Association of Women Sales Professionals. The rest of her time is spent with family and friends, engaging in various physical pursuits, or reading.
Jeff Mehalek
SVP, SalesJeff joins BlueConic from Tableau, a SalesForce company, after a nearly six-year stint as the company’s Vice President of Sales. Prior to Tableau, Jeff led large enterprise sales teams at SAP and Ariba for more than eight years. He has over 25 years' experience in enterprise sales and started his career in corporate accounting. Jeff's expertise is in successfully scaling sales teams to meet the demands of high-growth, B2B enterprise software firms. Outside of work, Jeff enjoys family time with his wife Angela and three children and one newborn grandchild. He is also involved in a number of non-profits and is a founding board member of the Andrew Weishar Foundation.
Michele Szabocsik
VP, MarketingMichele has over fifteen years of experience within the digital marketing and advertising ecosystem. Prior to joining BlueConic as the global head of marketing and business development, she led product marketing at multi-touch attribution leader, Visual IQ, which was acquired by Nielsen in 2017. Michele also spent more than eight years in digital media and analytics roles serving Fortune 500 brands in financial services, retail, and telecom during her tenure at media agencies, Carat and Havas. Despite her love of living in the greater Boston area, Michele is a proud, born-and-raised Jersey girl. She earned her bachelor’s degree in communication from Boston University with a liberal arts concentration in philosophy. When she’s not philosophizing about first-party data at BlueConic, you can find her hiking the trails, playing with her Mini Australian Shepherd, and trying new recipes.
Katherine Boardman
SVP, People and TalentKatherine has spent her career partnering with leaders and teams as they navigate the changes that accompany growth. She leverages her more than 20 years’ experience with large and small companies across industries to develop programs and processes with an eye to promoting each organization’s unique culture. Katherine’s work focuses on the greatest asset any organization has: its people. This focus takes shape in the development of individuals and teams who are then well suited to create value and achieve a company’s goals. Prior to joining BlueConic, Katherine led People Operations at Litmus, Inc. and previous to that spent 10 years running human resources at Permabit, Inc. (RedHat). When she’s not working with the BlueCrew, you can find Katherine on her yoga mat, checking (and adding to) her list of places to explore near and far, or catching up with some of her favorite humans on Zoom.
David Visi
VP, Professional ServicesDave is an experienced adtech veteran who has led SaaS-based product implementations for more than 12 years. He has spent the majority of his career in customer success roles leading enterprise client engagements. Dave joined BlueConic from Nielsen, where he led the Operations team responsible for the delivery of Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and Lift products supporting the Americas region. Prior to Nielsen, Dave led the Project Management Office at Visual IQ, where he guided the PM team, developed processes, and defined best practices for the delivery of the company’s multi-touch attribution product. Dave also played a large role in an organizational transformation that resulted in the creation of the Implementation team, which he managed. In his spare time, Dave enjoys spending time with his wife, Anna, and their two boys, and making time to play golf.
Leonardo Carbonara
VP, ProductLeo is a marketing technology veteran with over 20 years of experience in decisioning, machine learning and customer data. Prior to joining BlueConic, he was Sr. Director of Product Management at Salesforce, where he was responsible for the Marketing Cloud’s marketing automation products and led the integration of strategic Digital Asset Management and Marketing Resource Management partners. Before that, he served as VP of Product Management at Thunderhead, pioneering an innovative customer journey analytics application, and as Director of Product Management at Pegasystems, leading the delivery of a groundbreaking solution for omni-channel 1-to-1 marketing. He holds a BSc. in Information Science from the University of Turin and a Ph.D. in Computing Science from the University of Aberdeen. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, traveling, and reading.
