We introduced the concept of “Building the Dream” back in September 2015 — which in startup years, like dog years, is the equivalent of approximately a century passing.
So much has happened since then. As we’ve grown from 20 employees to around 70 in that span, we needed to document our vision, mission, values, and culture more explicitly.
These core tenets represent the what, why, who, and how of dream-building.
