Codifying the BlueCrew Culture

We introduced the concept of “building the dream” more than two years ago – back in September 2015 – which in startup years, like dog years, is the equivalent of approximately a decade passing. So much has happened since then. As we’ve grown from 20 employees to more than 50 in that span, we needed to document our vision, mission, values, and culture more explicitly. These core tenants represent the what, why, who, and how of dream building.

There was ample external inspiration for our approach, from the well-known examples like Netflix and Hubspot, to perhaps lesser known but still terrific examples Big Spaceship and Ideo.

We humbly submit ours to the mix. Enjoy 🙂
