A key pillar of our strategy to be the market leader in the CDP space is to add more and more out-of-the-box connections. We started discussing a universal user interface (UI) for all our connections, both browser based and server-side, so users can more quickly learn to use a new connection because the user interface is similar for every connection. The look of all our new connections is the result of more than a half year of discussion and iteration by the BlueConic design team (and we’ll be updating the old ones with this standard too).
The new UI achieves a few goals:
- Standard intuitiveness for all the use cases you’re implementing
- Self-directed training with more information about each step
- Quick and easy set up and support for more complex use cases in one interface
