What have you learned in your time at BlueConic – about startups, about your role, about your team, about yourself?
A: One pretty cool thing to see is how quickly BlueConic, and startups in general, are able to pivot business models, value propositions, and team structures in order to tackle what’s in front of them on any given day.
What has challenged you the most? How did you deal (or are you dealing) with that challenge?
A: I think the most challenging thing for me so far has been learning a new industry. It’s been really important to acknowledge areas that I need to gain experience in and not be afraid to ask for help.
If you could change one thing about your time here so far, what would it be?

A: Come in ready to learn but also not afraid to speak up.
Why are you at BlueConic – what was it about your interview that you remember and made you want to be here? What keeps you here?
A: The team. Everyone seemed super close and you could tell that they actually cared about the success of the company.
In the near and middle term, what are you focused on? What would you like to do that you aren’t or haven’t been able to do?
A: I’m in sales so I’m always focused on the 30th (or 31st) of the current month.
