Analysis: Understanding customer behavior is critical. When your clients arrive on your site, what do they do?

Contextualization: What do those behaviors mean? Identify patterns to discern where in the customer journey each visitor is.

Engagement: Having learned the aforementioned facts, it’s time to deliver a targeted interaction.
