BlueConic has a new home! We are excited to announce that we have moved into a new office (don’t worry, we didn’t go far), moving into our latest digs at 179 Lincoln Street in Boston.
Why we moved to a new office
Simply put? Growth! We outgrew our old space (and quickly). Our Boston staff doubled in 2017 and grew substantially in 2018. In 2019-20, we plan to continue to add top-tier talent to our team.
Thus, we needed to find a bigger office. We knew we wanted to stay in the Seaport-South Station area. Thankfully, we found a perfect space that fits our needs and supports our culture and style.
Details about our new space
We could go on and on about why we felt compelled to make the move, but here are the main reasons:
- Our space overlooks the beautiful Rose Kennedy Greenway — not just a great view right across from South Station, but also great for getting outside when the weather is nice (food truck central).
- The office is full of unique touches from both of BlueConic’s homes: orange accents in honor of our Netherlands roots and New England charm with exposed brick walls and industrial fixtures.
- The building is blocks from South Station — easy for commuters, since everyone takes the T, bikes, or walks to work. Our CEO, Bart Heilbron, bikes to and from as well, making storage a must.
- And last but not least, the office keeps us in the heart of Boston’s startup scene and ensures we can attract the best candidates from the area because of the centrality of the space.
Our hiring growth continues
We still filling roles each month! We have plenty of room to grow now, as we expect to double the size of our team this year, so check out our culture code to see if you’re interested.
We are so committed to our code that we named all of our new and stylish conference rooms after its values: grit, humility, collaboration, curiosity, passion, and accountability.
