How long does it take to go live?

Does this require an IT project?

We already run browse abandonment through our ESP. How is this different?

Your ESP sends a timed email after someone leaves. BlueConic catches hesitation during the session and responds based on that shopper's full profile, before abandonment happens, which is why the conversion rate is higher and fewer incentives go to shoppers who would have bought anyway.
