Jess Coburn is the Senior Director of Support & Enablement where she is responsible for the teams and resources that help customers along in their BlueConic journey. For more than a decade, Jess has been building customer-focused teams that positively impact user experience. When not at work, Jess can be found seashelling with her family on the beach or walking in the woods with her black lab.
