He has led high-performing Sales, Customer Success, and Strategy organizations at Gartner, LinkedIn, Hootsuite, and now BlueConic, where he drives company-wide strategy, performance, and operational excellence.
Known for bringing pace, clarity, and accountability, he specializes in transforming teams, unlocking growth, and turning strategy into measurable results. Ed is currently based in Warwickshire, England with his young family. When he’s not with them you’ll likely find him on a rugby pitch, golf course, or surfboard.
