She brings deep expertise in talent development, change management, people operations, and culture-building to BlueConic's team, with a particular passion for shaping cultures where people thrive and for helping organizations harness AI as a people opportunity — reshaping how teams work, grow, and lead together. Before joining BlueConic, Kath led People Operations at Litmus, Inc. and spent 10 years running human resources at Permabit, Inc. (Red Hat). Outside of work, you can find Kath on her yoga mat or exploring somewhere new.
