Mehul Shah is SVP of Data & AI Platform at BlueConic and co-founder of Blueshift, where he spent more than a decade pioneering AI-powered customer engagement technology. Throughout his career, Mehul has built and scaled enterprise platforms that help leading brands transform customer data into real-time, personalized experiences. Before Blueshift, he held engineering and product leadership roles at Groupon, Kosmix, and NetApp, and co-founded Mertado, a Y Combinator-backed startup acquired by Groupon. He is a co-inventor on more than 12 U.S. patents and is passionate about applying AI to solve complex customer engagement challenges.
