Rachel Golden

Rachel Golden is a finance leader with a strong foundation in both public accounting and high-growth SaaS, bringing operational rigor, strategic insight, and a hands-on approach to BlueConic's Executive Leadership Team. She has deep expertise in financial operations, FP&A, and leading finance teams through periods of transformation and scale. Before BlueConic, Rachel began her career in public accounting at PwC, where she developed the technical foundation that has shaped her approach to financial leadership. She went on to hold finance roles across a wide spectrum of companies, partnering with leadership teams to build the operational infrastructure needed to support growth. Rachel holds a degree from Penn State University and received her CPA license. Outside of work, she enjoys running, reading, cooking, and spending time with her family.
