Jacqueline Rousseau-Anderson

Jackie has spent her career at the intersection of data and customer success. Before stepping into the CRO role, Jackie was BlueConic’s Chief Customer Officer, orchestrating the team’s efforts to make our customers successful every day. Prior to joining BlueConic Jackie was a partner at ScaleHouse, where she helped data and analytics companies scale their commercial and product strategies. Before ScaleHouse, she served as Chief Client Officer at Simmons Research, where she spearheaded its client-first strategy and supported the company’s transition from an Experian sub-brand to a stand-alone, private-equity-backed company. She also held various roles at Forrester Research and J.D. Power & Associates, innovating with clients on integrating and maximizing data within their organizations. As a frequent speaker and lecturer, Jackie’s expertise has been cited in various global publications and university classrooms. Jackie also spends time supporting various non-profits and can otherwise be found with family and friends, engaging in various physical pursuits, or in an ideal situation, reading on a beach.
